Monetary Donations
Supporting the organizations which share your personal values and principles is a powerful expression of who you are. Donating to those organizations allows you to support your ideals within the community.
We are very grateful for all donations! Sun City Meals on Wheels does not receive any government funding and the organization is not affiliated with the National Meals on Wheels. All donations are used to fund our operating expenses and provide subsidies to those on limited incomes or undergoing financial hardships.
Sun City Meals on Wheels is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our EIN is 86-6090080. We are a Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO) with the State of Arizona QCO#22862. This means that if you donate to Sun City Meals on Wheels, you can get a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on your Arizona Taxes.

Or you can donate through your Fry’s VIP card by linking it to Sun City Meals on Wheels. Every purchase you make using your Fry’s VIP card will increase the percent donation to this organization.
If you are interested, please view the instructions or contact the office manager, and she will make sure you have the information to make this happen.
If you would like to make a donation in honor of a special individual or life event, please include a notation with your donation, and we will be happy to send an acknowledgement as appropriate. For example if you donate in someone’s honor for a birthday, the individual will receive a letter explaining that a donation was received and expressing our appreciation.
Bequests
Remembering organizations which you value in your estate planning allows your support of their goals and values to continue beyond your lifetime. It also ensures that your generosity and ideals will be shared with the next generation.
Previous bequests have been wisely invested, and the interest they provide assures that Meals on Wheels’ operating expenses are paid. Certain gifts may be earmarked for specific projects, and we do our best to honor such requests.
